Candidates are required to report at the venue with the following documents
Two copies of pre-filled proforma On A4 Size paper) as per format below mentioned
Original certificate of secondary school examination as Proof of date of birth
Mark sheet and certificate of Senior secondary school examination
Original Certificate and mark sheet (all semesters/years)to Graduation/BE/BTech/PG as case may be
Proof of identity such as passport, driving licence, voter identity card, college identity card
or any other valid photo identity proof
Three recent colour passport size photographs

Finally selected candidates will be inducted for training in January 2012
