For enrollment to: Probationary officers in Allahabad Bank, Head Office, 2 NS Road, Kolkata - 700 001 (http://www.allahabadbank.in)
Eligibility: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on January 1, 2011. Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55 per cent marks (50 per cent for SC/ ST/ PC) in aggregate from a university recognised by Government of India. The percentage of marks shall be arrived at by dividing the aggregate/ total marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects irrespective of optional/ additional/ pass subjects studied with the aggregate/ total maximummarks of the examination passed (both for pass and/ or honours course) for all the years of the examination. Computer qualification like diploma in computer operation from NIIT, SSI, Aptech, CMC, DOEACC course/ certificate (O/ A/ B/ C) level is essential. The selection process will comprise written test and interview. The written test will comprise objective tests on (i) reasoning ability (ii) quantitative aptitude (iii) general awareness with special reference to banking industry (iv) computer knowledge and (v) english language.
