Indian Coast Guard is an armed force of the union for enforcing the maritime laws of the country. It has a team of officers and men who operate ships and aircrafts for safeguarding county's maritime interests in the Indian EEZ.

Navik (General Duty)
Navik (Domestic Branch)

Salary:
Navik (General Duty): Rs 5200-Rs 20200 along with Rs 2000 grade pay
Navik (Domestic Branch): Rs 5200-Rs 20200 along with Rs 1900 grade pay

Eligibility:
Navik (General Duty):
Candidate should have passed 10+2 with 60% marks in aggregate with maths and physics as a subjects and atleast one of these as subjects: Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from an education board recognized by state/central govt.
Age requirement: Born between August 1, 1990 and July 31, 1994

Navik (Domestic Branch):
Candidate should have passed class 10th with 50% marks in aggregate from an educational board recognized by state/central govt.
Age requirement: Born between October 1, 1990 and September 30, 1994

Selection Procedure:
Based on the order of merit depending upon a written test, physical fitness test, interview and medical examination.
