Vacancy for Law Graduate in Indian Army

Indian Army has invited applications from married/unmarried male and unmarried Female Law graduates for admission to the 17th Course under the JAG Entry Scheme, October 2016, leading to the grant of Short Service Commission in the Indian Army for Judge Advocate General Department.

Eligibility:  Applicant must be an Indian Citizen of age 21 to 27 years as on 1st July, 2016. Applicant should have been born not earlier than 2nd July 1989 and not later than 1st July, 1995. Applicant should have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in LLB Degree obtained from a College/University recognized by Bar Council of India, after three years professional course after graduation or five years course after 10+2 examination and should be eligible for registration with Bar Council of India/State.  The guidelines for the physical standards required are available at official website http://www.joinindianarmy.nic.in
